Freedom of the City

Hi Michael – congratulations!   This is a great-looking site.
Good job man!   We KNOW how much work went into that!!!

Dear Michael,
Thank you for sending me your website.  I found it extremely interesting and especially enjoyed the story of your adventures on Coronation Day!  You and your brother were extremely brave doing all that on your own.  Of course I find it particularly interesting as the places you mention are so well known to me.  I believe someone should publish it – it’s well written, amusing and after all this time quite an historical document!

Wow Michael, awesome story, brought back some memories, unbelievable what you went through, and have made it. Thank you for sharing   B.

Hi Mick
I just found your wonderful site and the very interesting information on the Gurr’s. I was wondering if your Ann Gurr born about 1739 in your tree was married to Jonadab Mascall – do you happen to know this at all and/or have you ever come across them.
Would love to know more, as would be lovely if my Ann Gurr was related to the 1066 Gurrs. She would be my grandmother x 5
Any help would be appreciated thank you.
Right, am off to read more of your wonderful site, thanks for the work you’ve put into it.
All the best
Marian

I’m so pleased you enjoyed the day and I haven’t had the time to thank you for your various “entertaining” of the troops. Grandson Josh told me today he was absolutely mesmerised!

Good Evening Mick
Thank you very much, for you’re for your good company and being a wonderful host last night a The Magic Circle. I must have appeared like a lost kid in sweet shop, I did not know were to go or look next. You made me feel very welcome, thank you. Your site is also as amazing as the circle.
Hope to meet up with you again in the near future.

Very Best Regards

We enjoyed to meet you as a fireman, as a master of magic and also as such a nice, polite and friendly guy beside and together at the table to have some talking with.

It was such a great evening and I still have no idea how my pulse can tell you something about the face down lying card on the table. The ten in hearts, how do you do that?

No, Mick, I was so amazed about your magic. Surely it would be interested how the tricks will work, but then the magic will be gone. So I don`t want to ask about it and let it go to enjoy it and to wonder about this kind of magic

Hi Mike,
Jon here, we met last night at the Magic Circle, i took a quick look at your website, and got your email address. I just wanted to thank you for being so warm to me last night, you really made me feel welcome. I am sorry, i did not see you when i left, to say goodbye, but i really enjoyed the evening, thanks again.
